I was under the impression that this was going to be a short version, not an average height body. In other words with a head on, it is very close to a 12 inch figure depending on the size of the neck. The CM-B3002 with a head on will be taller than 12 inches. The legs cannot do splits as some of the older figure bodies. They can be parted to a certain extent but if you're planning to put the new Van Damme head on this figure to pose him with his famous splits, the legs might pop off.
